Accepted Forms of Payment: We accept Cash, Checks, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle. We do not accept credit cards at this time, however, a credit card can be added to a Venmo, Cashapp, or Paypal account quite easily.
*Specifics of Day Rate Billing: We book in HALF DAY or FULL DAY increments. A Half Day is typically 10-2:30pm or 2:30-7pm, and a full day is 10am-7pm. Hourly rates are rare, and only for specific circumstances. Please contact us if you have questions.
**Hours of Operation, Overtime, & Evening Sessions: Our current hours of operation are Tuesday - Saturday, 10am to 7pm. Sessions outside of these hours are sometimes available on request, but must be discussed and scheduled far ahead of time. These "outside hour" rates (Sundays, Mondays, Before 10am, After 7pm) may vary depending on studio availability. Because of our location we cannot go past 10pm due to city noise ordinances.
Cancellation Fees and Deposits: We currently have a $100 cancellation fee for last minute (< 24 hours) cancellations on full day bookings. We currently do not require a deposit for sessions but starting in 2025 we WILL require a deposit for certain types of sessions. More info to come.
Large Setup / Instrument Installation Fees: For situations where large instruments or rigs must be installed or removed from the studio outside of normal scheduled session time, it will be billed as normal studio time at $60 per hour. This includes by is not limited to: large guitar rigs, large drum sets, large orchestral instruments (piano, marimba, vibraphone), or if the room needs to be cleared for video or photography purposes. These modifications take time and if they must be done in advance, it must be scheduled as studio time. We cannot guarantee availability for these setups, so you must schedule this in advance.
